Wynthia Goh leads NCS NEXT and is responsible for the development, presales and service delivery of various capabilities in NCS both locally and regionally. She will also head the team to develop digital strategies to help clients transform their businesses through the implementation of innovative solutions.

Wynthia is a digital native with extensive experience in broad areas of digital business including strategy consulting, product management, innovation, analytics, venture investment, customer experience and digital platforms. She has led regional digital teams in Asia Pacific for companies such as Aviva, SAP, eBay and Nokia. She was the Chief Digital Officer for Aviva in Asia and set up their Asia digital centre of excellence in Singapore. She was most recently with NTUC Enterprise where she was seconded to FairPrice to lead and grow their B2B online business and partner ecosystem.

Wynthia leads the 5 growth pillars across NEXT which includes cloud, data, digital, products & platforms and solutions with the objective of helping customers harness digital technologies and frameworks to identify and unlock value in their organisation.  She is passionate about the transformative value of digital and enjoys working with customers to help them become a truly digital business from how they engage their customers to how they leverage data and manage their business operations.

She holds a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University. She was a Fulbright scholar and completed her Masters in Public Policy in the State University of New York with a major in Systems Thinking. Outside of work, she continues her passion for digital advising and mentoring start-ups focused on innovative and AI-led solutions.
