Chia Yann is Partner, Transformation Impact Office, where she drives NCS’ internal transformation and focuses on creating impact for NCS’ clients, people, and future.

Chia Yann joined NCS in 2003 as Director of NCS Consulting before setting up the Transformation Impact Office in 2019 to drive change in NCS. She built a consulting practice to work with various government and enterprise clients, innovating and transforming their operations, re-engineering processes, and introducing digital solutions built by NCS teams. Chia Yann also managed people transformation at NCS and drove internal capability development. She helped NCS to attain its first business method patent, Business Transition for Value, and drove the implementation of a consistent value-based methodology for service delivery.

Prior to that, Chia Yann was a management consultant in Accenture for 12 years and lived in UK and USA for 7 years where she worked on global business-IT transformation and post-merger integration projects for MNCs.
