Chia Yann is Partner, Operational Excellence in NCS.

Chia Yann joined NCS in 2003 as Director of NCS Consulting and spearheaded innovation, business process re-design, digital transformation and change adoption for our clients. She was Partner, Transformation Impact Office where she led a 5-year (2019-2024) transformation programme and implemented various initiatives to create client, people and future impact in NCS.

Prior to NCS, Chia Yann was with Accenture for 12 years. She lived in UK and USA for 7 years working on global business-IT transformation and post-merger integration projects for MNCs. In Singapore, she assisted various government agencies, financial and healthcare institutions to implement enterprise-wide operational excellence, human performance and change management programmes.

Chia Yann holds a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction) from University of Strathclyde’s Business School, UK and a Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Sciences) from the National University of Singapore. She also completed executive education from Harvard Business School.
