Khong Shoong joined NCS as Chief Financial Officer in October 2024.  As CFO, he oversees NCS core finance functions including finance business partnering, management reporting and statutory reporting.  He also oversees the bid management / governance and procurement functions. 

Prior to joining NCS, Khong Shoong spent 15 years in various senior leadership positions with Frasers Property Limited, including as Group Chief Corporate Officer as well as Group Chief Financial Officer.  Before Frasers Property, Khong Shoong was an investment banker with Schroders, Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup and HSBC where he worked on M&A and capital raisings for clients in Southeast Asia, Europe and North America.    

Khong Shoong has a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class) from The University of Western Australia and a Master of Philosophy from Cambridge University.
