NCS Australia appoints Nikita Atkins as AI Lead, strengthening commitment to innovation-led growth
Sydney, 12 June 2024 – NCS Australia has appointed Nikita Atkins as AI Lead, with a commitment to help customers safely deploy AI technologies to drive business and community outcomes. This appointment reinforces NCS’ investment in AI leadership in the Asia–Pacific region.
Nikita will advance NCS Australia’s AI-specific capabilities, solutions and strategy; drive NCS Australia’s AI thought leadership, partnerships with academia and industry bodies; and support AI strategy with its alliance partners. Internally, he will direct strategy, investments, partnerships and how AI is implemented to streamline innovation and enhance productivity.
Nikita brings more than 25 years of experience across AI, data science, information management, machine learning and enterprise solution architecture. He is adept at translating innovation and proof of concepts into operational success, with a proven record fostering innovation, sales and delivery across the healthcare industry, financial services and the public sector.
Nikita played a pivotal role establishing The Tesseract, a more than 400 sq metre Innovation Centre in NCS’ Singapore office that opened in April 2023. The facility has conducted more than 70 workshops for existing and new NCS customers to identify opportunities in generative AI, metaverse, digital trust and sustainability.
