In 2022, NCS acquired Australia’s largest privately-owned IT services company, The Dialog Group (Dialog). Dialog had a long history supporting Australian customers since its inception in 1979, bringing an extensive services portfolio across areas ranging from consulting to application development and managed application services.

The acquisition of Dialog expanded NCS’ regional capabilities, particularly across cloud, ERP, CRM, licensing, data, testing, staff augmentation and digital experience.

Dialog brought together several companies that shared a common reputation for delivering high quality technology services to customers, including:

• AccessHQ, with a team experienced delivering professional testing, assurance and governance services for major government and corporate customers in Australia;
• Catapult BI, a leading national business insights and data management consultancy;
• ICEMEDIA, an innovative customer experience, strategic design, and digital solutions practice; and

Together, the Dialog Group are now an integral part of NCS Australia’s operations, providing the same level of exceptional service to customers.
